This is why we make a list of which items we need before we go shopping each week. We get the stuff we need on our shopping list, and that's it. Any extra purchase is rare. Maybe one or two every three months. The only time we buy "extra" is when they have sales on things that stay "fresh" for multiple months and that we'd eat anyways. Like for example, I drink probably 5 cans of soda each week. When they have a buy 2 get 1 free on soda, then I buy 6 or 9 packages of soda, because I know they'll last for months and then I don't need to buy them over the next few months anyways. Or when they have sales on toilet paper given the ... <coughs> ... crazy events of 2020.

The Little Caesar's in my town is by far the worst. They're pizza is practically cardboard with cheese. They put just enough sauce to color the pizza and nothing more. The Last pizza I ate from there the cheese was a good 2 and 1/2 to 3 inches from the edge.

Always seemed to me that Pizza Hut skimped on all your toppings when you order a carryout but were more "generous" on their dine-in ones. I only eat pizza about 1 to 2 times a year any more so it doesn't really matter.
