4:55 the reason the developers of Minecraft put that feature aka not taking damage from magma blocks from crouching is cuz if you uncrouch ur feet can touch the little lava in there but when you crouch you don’t cuz it looks like you’re being carefully walking on the red/purple things on there

You can't step normally on magma blocks but you can crouch- it makes sense. If you sneak, you can carefully walk over the cracks, but if you just sprint, you don't really care where you place your feet. Makes sense.
